1. Clock handles start and end state could be better. 2. Clock handles could be bigger during scale, and scale alongside the clock. 3. Timing issue (the clock lands, then the words splitted... could happen at the same time instead). 4. Line reveal animation happens late when text at the center of the viewport, it should happen at the 85% threshold. 5. Clock handles should not be visible from initial state, instead, we should have fade in animation. 6. Would need to be re-evaluated after final design.

The overall animation is very lovely. However, I would consider pinning both the header and the large rectangle for a moment after the rectangle is scaled to container size.
