These terms govern your access to and use of all AILA platforms and services. They apply to everyone who uses AILA, including students, educators, school administrators, guardians, and any other authorized users. By using our platforms, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Who These Terms Apply To.

These terms apply to all users of AILA platforms, including students and individual learners, educators and academic coaches, school administrators and institutional representatives, parents and legal guardians, and any other authorized partners or users. All users must access and use the platform in alignment with their authorized role.

Who Can Use AILA.

Our platforms are intended for users aged 9 and above. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent before accessing our services. By using AILA, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Accounts must not be shared between multiple individuals. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@aila.sa.

Our AI.

AILA uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, analytics, and feedback. These outputs are designed to assist learning and decision making. They are not a replacement for teacher evaluations or professional advice. They may rely on third-party AI technologies and are provided without guarantee of accuracy.

Paid Services.

Certain AILA products and features are available through paid subscriptions or institutional agreements. Access to paid services is subject to the terms of those agreements. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be communicated at the point of purchase. AILA reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Our Content.

All content on AILA platforms, including educational materials, assessments, user interfaces, branding, and AI-generated feedback, remains the intellectual property of AILA or its licensors. Nothing may be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written permission.

How to Use AILA.

You agree to use AILA only for its intended educational purposes. You must not use our platforms for unlawful, commercial, or deceptive purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with any system or code, share inappropriate or harmful content, or violate the security or integrity of our platforms or other users. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

Third Party Services.

AILA relies on trusted third-party providers for cloud storage, AI functionality, analytics, and communication tools. While we carefully select these partners, AILA is not liable for third-party behavior, data policies, or service outages.

Our Liability.

AILA provides its services as-is without guarantees or warranties. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in content or AI outputs, data loss or service unavailability, or damages arising from reliance on our platforms.

Changes to These Terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via our platforms or email. Continued use of AILA after any update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Saudi Arabia.
