1. Clock handles start and end state could be better. 2. Clock handles could be bigger during scale, and scale alongside the clock. 3. Timing issue (the clock lands, then the words splitted... could happen at the same time instead). 4. Line reveal animation happens late when text at the center of the viewport, it should happen at the 85% threshold. 5. Clock handles should not be visible from initial state, instead, we should have fade in animation. 6. Would need to be re-evaluated after final design.

The overall animation is very lovely. However, I would consider pinning both the header and the large rectangle for a moment after the rectangle is scaled to container size.

New issues: 1. The cards show up on the previous section. 2. The cards cover the headings, not sure if this should be considered as a problem. 3. Extra margin bottom show up for the scatter cards component, unsure how to solve this. 4. Somehow the heading is late to show up specifically if scrolled to bottom then reload the page. 5. Consinder updating the angles to -45,45 degrees instead of -75,75 degrees, or maybe allow full coverage at -180,180 degrees. 6. The cards in this section I am guessing they should be ordered correctly, however, the new logic is randomizing the cards based on whichever nearest the center, which breaks the original sort order.

This section somehow resulting large margins from top and bottom. This has been partially fixed. But requires revisiting for an actual fix.

I do not like this section at all. I would break this into 3 sections. This would looks much nicer.
